Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return all new products and receive a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. For returns, we will create a USPS return shipping label for you to return your parcel. 

You may return a product for up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging with garment tags attached. Please keep a copy of your receipt.

Exception: Vintage mu'umu'us are pre-owned items sold 'as is' and are, therefore, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
